Farrell's Mankato is a 10-week group fitness program for anyone seeking to enhance their current way of living. Classes are 45 minutes long, six days per week, alternating between cardio kickboxing and strength training. Every member receives our 10-Week Challenge, nutrition coaching, meal plans, personal coaches, and a supportive and inspiring environment to meet their goals.

That depends on the person. While your weight is an important component of your health, focusing entirely on weight loss will only generate short-term success. We center on body fat loss, not just weight loss, to ensure your journey to a healthier way of living is well-rounded!
We offer three flexible enrollment options and work with you to select the one that matches your needs. We recommend contacting your preferred location for more specifics. We offer a free week of classes to try the Farrell's program!
Each enrollment option is different based on your needs. For specifics on what each enrollment option includes, please call your local Farrell's.
All Farrell's locations use the industry-leading, heart-rate tracking, wearable Myzone. Members may get a Myzone belt for use in and outside of the gym. Myzone is a crucial part of the Farrell's program and is used to monitor heart rate during both our HIIT-style cardio kickboxing workouts and strength training classes. Instructors and coaches use Myzone to determine the tempo of the class and ensure members are hitting their Level 10!
Want to know what you’re really made of? Understanding your body composition is the first move toward tracking your results. At Farrell's, we use InBody, an award-winning body composition analysis scale, which breaks down fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. InBody confirms the results you’re getting on the mats onto paper, so you can see how much body fat you’re losing and how much lean muscle you’re building!
Our workouts aren’t extreme, but the results you’ll attain if you follow our program are. You’ll be able to customize your workouts to your preferred level of intensity, while heading toward your individual goals. We also offer modifications for all of our exercises to ensure a fantastic workout.

Of course not! When we kick off our 10-Week Challenge, everyone starts at the same time. We have members of all ages and fitness skills, each with distinctive goals. And keep in mind, all of our coaches and instructors were previously students too.
This is exactly why we schedule our 10-Week Challenges—so everyone starts and ends as a group. We begin each 10-Week Challenge by showing you how to do the most fundamental fitness kickboxing and strength training exercises, building on those foundational moves within your 10 weeks. It won’t be very long before throwing combinations at the heavy bag will feel like second nature.
Eating the right foods is a core part of your transformation at Farrell's. That’s why we made our nutrition program easy to follow! We’ll customize and instruct you on simple habits that will keep you excited and headed in the right direction. From easy meal planning to complete nutrition coaching, we will be there to provide the support you need to be successful.
We’re 100 percent certain that our program will help you achieve your fitness goals. If you give us 10 weeks, you will get results.* When you complete the 10-Week Challenge, you will have results—or we’ll pay you $500 cash.
Yes. *Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping guarantees that you will experience progress in your physical fitness. If you follow our 10-Week program as described and do not experience improvement in at least 70 percent of your fitness testing, we will give you a full refund. Since we cannot be with you outside of class and can only educate you on and encourage healthy eating practices, members must turn in their food logs every week during the challenge to help us better coach you to experience great results.
